Marguerite "Marge" Ann Strehlow

Marguerite Ann Strehlow, age 75 of Waupun, passed away on Saturday, February 17, 2018, at Selective Specialty Hospital in Madison.

Marge was born on July 13, 1942, in Portage, WI, daughter of William and Doris (Weber) Tonn. She was a lifetime member of Immanuel Lutheran Church and past Sunday school teacher, usher, usher Coordinator, and part-time secretary at Immanuel Lutheran Church. Marge was employed with the State of WI Division of Corrections for 23 years. She then retired in 2000, after working with, Waupun Correction, Taycheedah Correctional, Burke Center and Fox Lake Correctional. Marge would volunteer for the Red Cross blood drive and Salvation bell ringing. She loved to read, crossword puzzles, gospel/ country music and most of all babysitting her grandchildren.

Marge is survived by her two sons, Mark Messner of Fond du Lac and Scott (Jennifer) Messner of St. Germain; 4 grandchildren, Nicholas Jans, Christopher Messner, Ashlin Messner and Brandon Messner; cousins, other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Visitation for Marge will be held from 9:00 – 11:00 A.M. on Wednesday, February 21, 2018, at Immanuel Lutheran Church, 525 West Main Street, Waupun.

A funeral Service for Marge will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Wednesday, February 21, 2018 at church with Rev. Jeff Nicla officiating. Burial will take place in the Cambria Cemetery.
