Lucille Swaagman, age 88 of Randolph, passed away on Thursday, July 19, 2018, surrounded by family at St. Agnes Hospital in Fond du Lac.
Lucille was born on March 12, 1930, in Randolph, WI, a daughter of Joseph and Grace (Schregardus) Kok. On March 24, 1950, she was united in marriage to Darvin Swaagman in Randolph. She was employed with Jung’s Seed Company for many years. Lucille enjoyed playing cards with friends, word searches and spending time with her grandkids. She was a lifelong member of Second Christian Reformed Church of Randolph.
Lucille is survived by her four children, Daniel (Kathleen) Swaagman of Burnett, Jerry (Cheryl) Swaagman of Columbus, Diane (Jeffrey) Vossekuil of Muscoda and Brenda Swaagman of Beaver Dam; 12 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; 2 brothers, Sam (Carol) Kok and Julius (Arlette) Kok; a sister, Shirley Bishop; a sister-in-law, Harlene Kok-Driesenga; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Darvin in 1997; 2 grandsons, Eric and Brody; a great-grandson, Charlie; a brother, Ron Kok; a sister, Glenda Kok; 2 brothers-in-law, Dale Bishop and Jay Driesenga.
Visitation for Lucille will be held from 1:00 to 3:00 P.M. on Wednesday, July 25, 2018, at Second Christian Reformed Church, 332 Tamarack Street, Randolph.
A funeral service for Lucille will be held at 3:00 P.M. on Wednesday, July 25, 2018, at church with Pastor Keith Buist officiating. Burial will follow at Randolph Cemetery.
A memorial fund has been directed to Second Christian Reformed Church, Central Wisconsin Christian Schools and Randolph Christian School.
