Leroy Jake Van Houten

LeRoy Jake Van Houten, age 52 of Waupun, passed on Tuesday, December 19, 2023.

LeRoy was born on February 17, 1971, in Waupun, the son of Roy and Joyce (Nummerdor) Van Houten. He is survived by siblings, Jeff Grainger, Scott Kentopp, Angela Friesen and Penny Allen. LeRoy was preceded in death by his parents.

A memorial service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, December 30, 2023, at Kohls Community Funeral Home, 405 West Main Street, Waupun, WI. Inurnment will take place at Forest Mound Cemetery at a later date.
