Judy Ann Lamers

Judy Ann Lamers, age 70, of Waupun, passed away on Saturday, October 26, 2024, at the Waupun Christian Home.

Judy was born on July 28, 1954, in Sparta, Wisconsin, the daughter of Dick and Audrey (Thoenes) Lamers. She was a graduate of Waupun High School, class of 1972. In her earlier years, Judy was employed at Speed Queen where she did secretary work. She was later employed at Cesa as an office worker for many years. Judy was a faithful member of Grace Evangelical Lutheran Church in Waupun, where she assisted with secretary work. She loved tending to her flowers, gardening, card making, stamping and cross stitching. Judy will be deeply missed by all who knew her.

Judy is survived by her sisters, Jeanne (Al) Schmidt of Waupun and Mary (Jerry) Mouw of Brandon; brother, Richard (Lisa Alvarez) Lamers of Waupun. She is further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents; aunts and uncles.

A visitation will be held from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, October 31, 2024, at Grace Evangelical Lutheran Church, 113 County Park Rd, Waupun, WI 53963.

A funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, October 31, 2024, at Grace Evangelical Lutheran Church with Pastor Dennis Meier officiating. Burial will follow at Forest Mound Cemetery.
