Dennis Fredrick Jensen, age 82 of Princeton, passed away on January 14, 2025, at UW Hospital in Madison.
Dennis was born on December 11, 1942, son of DuWayne and Lillian (Ketzman) Jensen. He was a hands-on kind of guy, known for his knack for tinkering in the yard. Whether it was building a porch or adding an addition onto a shed, Dennis was always busy creating something useful and sturdy. Additionally, his exceptional skills as an auto technician were a hallmark of his life, a profession he embraced until his retirement.
He had a particular love for his model train, a project he poured countless hours into over the years, determined to restore it to its former glory. Dennis enjoyed hitting the open road on his motorcycle alongside his wife. Together they enjoyed many adventures to Sturgis Rally’s over the years. He had a passion for the great outdoors, often spending quality time camping, boating, and fishing with family and friends, where he made many lasting memories.
He leaves behind nine children: Jeremy (Heather) Jensen, Patti (Keith) Schueler, Erik (Christine) Taylor, Ron (Pam) Jensen, Kristiann Cusick, Kally Rockow, Dean (Sarah Al-Sammarraie) Rockow, Jayme (Jenny) Hermanns, and Peggy (Mark) Linzmeier; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren, mother of Jeremy Jensen, Debra Kolins, along with many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
Dennis was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Kathryn Jensen, his daughter, Karen Reynolds, parents, DuWayne and Lillian Jensen and his brother, DuWayne (Ruth) Jensen.
