Julie Ann Rhodes

Julie Ann Rhodes, age 68 of Waupun, passed away on Tuesday, January 17, 2017 at Hospice Home of Hope in Fond du lac.

Julie was born on October 4, 1948 in Beloit, a daughter of Willard and Noreen (Ernst) Schultz. She graduated from Lomira High School. When time permitted she enjoyed visiting the Amish, gambling and traveling. Julie was an avid Packer fan. She loved to bird watch and spend time with her grandchildren. She held numerous jobs, Chrysler, Oscar Meyer and retired with Datex-Ohmeda. Julie was a friend to many and will be sadly missed.

Julie is survived by her significant other Dick Neitzel of Waupun; daughter Staci Trainor and son Shane (Tara) Rhodes both of Waupun; five grandchildren, Derek Weber, Ty Trainor, Reese Trainor, Evan Rhodes and Josie Rhodes; one sister Jone (Bob) Westphal of Fond du lac; four nephews, Scott (Liz) Westphal, Jeff (Gena) Westphal, Matt (Kristin) Westphal and Chad (Connie) Westphal; other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Following Julie’s wishes, no service will be held. Donations may be made in Julie’s name and established at a later date.
