Louise Agnes (Squires) Dzbinski, age 62 of Berlin, passed away on Saturday, February 20, 2016, at Hospice Home of Hope in Fond du Lac, WI.
Louise was born on April 13, 1953, in Waupun, a daughter to Kenneth and Loira (Radtke) Squires. She was confirmed in St. Paul’s Lutheran Church, Manchester, and graduated from Markesan High School in 1971. On October 2, 1971, Louise was united in marriage to James Dzbinski in Fairwater. On November 22, 1974, they were blessed with the birth of their son, Cory James. Louise loved being a mother and had great joy in watching her son mature into a young man. She enjoyed keeping in touch with him through Skype and Facetime. She also connected with her many cousins (48) on Facebook and by email. Louise also enjoyed fishing with her husband and playing board games and Boggle with her friends. She had a special love for animals, especially her cats Dora and Mitzi.
Louise worked at the Markesan Public Library until her illness forced her to retire. She loved greeting the public, helping children and families find special books, and being part of the Markesan community.
Louise is survived by her husband, Jim Dzbinski of Berlin and son, Cory of San Diego, CA; sister, Janice (Peter) Gruenwald-Espiritu of Los Angeles, CA; brother, Allen (Karen) Squires of Chaska, MN; aunts, Arlene Thiem and Nora Radtke of Markesan; Darlene (Jerry) Sherritt of Dayton, OH; Elsie Squires of Racine; Ruth Squires of Lake Havasu City, AZ; uncle, George Squires of Madison; 2 brothers-in-law and 5 sisters-in-law; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents, parents-in-law, grandparents and several aunts and uncles.
Funeral service for Louise will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Thursday, February 25, 2016 at Markesan Community Funeral Home, 868 N. Margaret Street, Markesan.
Visitation will be held on Thursday morning from 9 A.M. until the time of service.
A memorial fund has been established in Louise’s name.
