William "Bill" Paul Becker

William Paul Becker, age 75 of Jefferson, passed away on Friday, February 12, 2016 at UW Hospital in Madison with family by his side.

William was born on May 9, 1940 in Beaver Dam a son of Lyell and Marion (Wolff) Becker. He was united in marriage to Martha Karr on August 4, 1990 at Westwood Christian Church in Madison, WI. During Bill’s earlier years he enjoyed fishing with his friends and Friday night fish dinners with his family. He was an avid Packer and Badger fan and spent a lot of his free time making latch hook rugs.

Bill is survived by his three children; daughter Susan Becker and significant other Bill Breon of Casanova, WI, two sons David (Diane) Becker of Necedah, WI and Lyell (Tonya) Becker of Jefferson, WI; 13 grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren; brother Doug (Sandie) Becker of Montello and sister Rose (Dave) Luzar of Iron River; nieces nephews other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his wife Martha in 2007 and his parents.

A celebration of Bill’s life will be held at 11 A.M. on February 19, 2016 at Randolph Community Funeral Home, 208 S. High St. Randolph, with Deacon Steve officiating. Burial will follow in the Randolph Annunciation Catholic Cemetery.

Visitation will be held on Friday, February 19th from 10 A.M. until the time of service.
A memorial fund has been established in William’s name.
