Harvey Earnest William Port

Harvey Earnest William Port, age 91 of Waupun, passed away at his home on Friday, January 22, 2016.

Harvey was born on July 28, 1924 in the town of Trenton, a son of William and Edna (Kluge) Port. He was a farmer on his family farm where he was born and raised. In his early years he hauled milk for various farmers. Harvey loved his dairy herd and enjoyed all aspects of farming. He was a good neighbor and had good neighbors. He truly enjoyed the girls that spent the last year with him. Harvey was a member of the Immanuel Lutheran Church of Burnett.
Harvey is survived by several cousins.
He was preceded in death by his parents and brother Donald Port in 2015.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, January 26, 2016 from 9:00 A.M. until the time of service.

A celebration of Harvey’s life will be held on Tuesday, January 26, 2016 at 11:00 A.M. at Kohls Community Funeral Home, 405 West Main Street, Waupun. Burial will follow at North Burnett Cemetery.
