Pamela “Patty” (Biddle) Fix, 51, of Waupun would like to let you know that her work here is done. She received a call, a sort of an offer you can’t refuse, for an appointment from which she will not be returning. This assignment comes with a bunch of promises, a reunion with family and friends she has not seen in a long time. Her new mission takes her to a wonderful place where she will be socializing, dancing, singing, laughing, a place where her joy will be made complete. Music, laughter and love are not just a good thing but are guaranteed at the place she went. The food is delicious, better than one could ever imagine, and you never gain an ounce. She left detailed instructions for her husband and children to celebrate her mission here, which has now been completed. Patty loved and cherished family with the leading and prompting of Jesus Christ.
Her husband Jerome Fix survives Patty in death. They had 2 daughters: Meranda (Jesse) Beernink of Monroe, WI and Chanel (Brett) Krantz of Manhattan, IL; two sons: Travis (Karley) Fix of Waupun and Calvin (special friend Lynsey Fiedler) of Waupun. Patty and Jerome had a huge heart to help out other children via foster care. They, together, adopted another 6 daughters: Crystal, Rochelle, Jasmine, Haley, Mya, Lita Fix and two sons: Dane and Jaysen Fix, all of Waupun. She had 9 grandchildren (Turner, Malayna, Mariana, Jezaniah, Xylia, Zayden, and Ezekiel Beernink; Taylor and Kaia Fix). She is also survived by her parents, Fred and Marlene Biddle, of Apache Junction, AZ, 5 siblings: Rick (Susan) Biddle of Glenview, IL, Randy (Linda) Biddle of New Berlin, WI, Tammy (Randy) Sharman of Lake Havasu, AZ, Angel (Chris) Lindholm of Mukwonago, WI, Russell (Lisa) Biddle of Waukesha, WI. She had many aunts and uncles, nieces and nephews, brothers and sisters in laws, cousins, loads of other foster children that were blessed by her love, and too many other friends and loved ones to list here.
Patty was preceded in death by her parents-in-law and 4 “angel baby” grandchildren.
We want to let her know that she did a marvelous job living her life on mission for God and wish her a safe journey home. We will remember her love for the Lord, her smile, her warmth, her energy, her love for life, but also her unique laughter that would carry from room to room, how she proved the way to love EVERYONE by the way she couldn’t turn anyone away from the love of Christ inside her. She worked very hard all her life, up until the very end. She made a difference in the lives of many.
We invite you to join us and celebrate her wonderful life together. Funeral services to celebrate Patty’s life will be held at Edgewood Community Church in Waupun on Saturday, May 9, 2015 at 1pm with the Rev. Roger Knowlton, and Pastor Jesse Beernink officiating.
Relatives and friends may call at Edgewood Community Church on Saturday, May 9, 2015 from 10am-1 pm.
