Ronald Schulz

Ronald Schulz, age 85, passed away Monday, March 30, 2015 at the Christian Home in Waupun.

Ron was born in the Markesan area on October 8, 1929, the son of Art and Mildred (Berg) Schulz. He farmed on Mackford Prairie and later moved to Beaver Dam where he was employed at Metalfab Mfg. Upon retirement, he moved back to the Markesan area. He enjoyed raising many exotic birds, going fishing and square dancing. On November 17, 2005 he married Phyllis Tessman.

Ron is survived by his wife Phyllis of Waupun; children; Sharon (Vic) Zander of Randolph, Melvin (Tang) Schulz of Las Vegas, NV and Nancy (Peter) Turck of Beaver Dam; 9 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents and sister.

A memorial service will be held on 3 P.M. Saturday, April 4, 2015 at the Christian Home, 331 Bly Street, Waupun. Visitation will be held on Saturday from 1 P.M. until the hour of service.
