Jack Arthur Federer

Jack Federer, age 78, of Waupun went to his heavenly home on Thursday, February 5, 2015 at St. Agnes Hospital in Fond du Lac surrounded by his loving family.

Jack was born on January 3, 1937 in Sheboygan, Wisconsin, a son of Arthur and Ruth Reseburg. On October 15, 1960 he was united in marriage to Mary Scheid at Evangelical Reformed Church in Campbellsport, Wisconsin. Jack was a professional semi driver for over 40 years and loved traveling to the west coast. He enjoyed collecting and working on classic cars. Gardening and flowers was a favorite pass time of his, he had a green thumb. Jack especially loved spending time with his family.

Jack is survived by his wife, Mary; 5 children, Barry (Deb) Federer, Dawn (Dick) Olbrys, Tracy Federer, Paul (Angie) Federer and Heidi (Chris) Wedge; 11 Grandchildren, Jeremy (Joanna) Olbrys, Jake Venski, Hannah and Skylar Boom, Milo Marcelja, Elizabeth and Mackenzie Federer, Turner, Levi, Nathaniel and Maggie Wedge; 2 Great-Grandchildren, Joslynn and Jacksun; 2 Sisters, Shirley and Bernadine;
his special buddy Max; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents, parents-in-law, 2 sisters, a brother-in-law and a sister-in-law.

Funeral services will be held on Monday, February 9, 2015 at 11:00 A.M. at Kohls Community Funeral Home, 405 West Main Street, Waupun, with Rev. Roger Knowlton officiating.

Jack’s family will receive relatives and friends from 9:00 A.M. until the hour of service at the funeral home.

A memorial fund has been established in Jack’s name.
