Rhiannon L. Farr

Rhiannon Lea Farr, 33 of Fox Lake, passed away peacefully on Monday, November 3, 2014 at the Bethesda Lutheran Home. She was recently diagnosed with stage 4 cancer with pneumonia.

Rhiannon was born on July 17, 1981 in Madison, Wisconsin, a daughter of Debra Farr and Harry Farr. She attended the Wisconsin School for Deaf in Delavan, Wisconsin and graduated in 2002. Rhiannon enjoyed horseback riding and participating in the Special Olympics. She loved attending functions in the community and spending time with her peers. She also worked with trainees at the Bethesda Lutheran Home.

Rhiannon is survived by her mother, Debra Farr of Waupun; her father, Harry Farr of Waupun; her brother, Stephen (Meridith) Farr of Waupun; her half siblings, Jamie (Tess) Farr of Waupun, Randy (Shanda) Farr of Waupun, Scott Farr of Waupun, Alysha and Macalla Farr of Waupun; maternal Grandmother, Joan Griepentrog; maternal aunt, Jeanne (Bob) Dries of Cedarburg; maternal uncle, Gordie (Joyce) Griepentrog of Mayville; paternal aunts; cousins, nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.

A memorial fund has been established to Free SPIRIT Rider’s.

She was preceded in death by her twin brother, Reed Alan Farr in infancy; her maternal Grandfather, Gordon Griepentrog Sr., and her paternal Grandparents.

A celebration of Rhiannon’s life will be held on Saturday, November 8, 2014 at 11:00 A.M. at Kohls Community Funeral Home, 405 West Main Street, Waupun, officiated by Pastor David Stevens. Rhiannon’s family will receive relatives and friends from 10:00 A.M. until the hour of service at Kohls Community Funeral Home.
