Michael Friedrich, age 63 of Randolph, died on Tuesday, April 22, 2014 at his home, surrounded by his loving family.
Visitation will begin 10 A.M on Saturday, April 26, 2014 at Randolph Community Funeral Home, 208 S High Street, Randolph WI 53956, until the hour of service at noon.
Funeral service will be at 12 noon on Saturday, at the funeral home with Chaplain Dennis Richards officiating. Burial will follow in the Randolph Cemetery with Military Honors provided by VFW Post 9510 of Randolph.
A memorial fund has been established for Hillside Homecare and Hospice, 709 S University, Beaver Dam 53916.

Michael was born on August 31, 1950 in Germany, the only son of Assaph and Berta (Voss) Friedrich. His family immigrated to the United States when he was a small boy. After living near Milwaukee for several years, his family moved to a farm near Randolph. He attended Randolph Schools, and in January of 1970, Michael was drafted in the United States Army, serving in Vietnam. On May 29, 1970, he married Delores Waterworth in Randolph. Following his discharge in December of 1971, the couple settled in Randolph. Michael served with the National Guard Unit in Waupun for 25 years, and he joined the VFW Post 9510 of Randolph.
Michael was an avid family man who enjoyed camping with his family. He was employed at John Deere in Horicon for 30 years. Michael loved hunting and fishing. Traveling and searching for restaurants were also a favorite pastime.
Michael is survived by Delores, his wife of 44 years, three daughters: Julie (Chris) Westfall, Beaver Dam, Tammy (Gary) Gove, Randolph, and Stefanie (Brad) Moldenhauer, Beaver Dam, fifteen grandchildren: Katlynn, Bailey, Jora, Samuel, Mason, Sullivan, Danica, Cameron, Brissa, Avrie, Jaxon, Peyton, Jaiden, Mya, and Bo. He is further survived by two sisters: Elka and Betty, brothers-in-law, Howard (Pam) Waterworth, Kenneth Waterworth, Ronald (Joan) Waterworth, Dwayne (Janet) Waterworth, his best friend Dick Grieger, and his furry friends, Furby and Lizzie, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents, a sister, Ellen, parents-in-law, Merlin and Dorothea Waterworth, and a brother-in-law, Rodney Waterworth.
