Anthony "Tony" Dines

Anthony Wayne Dines, age 52 of Waupun, passed away on Thursday September 12, 2013 at his home in Waupun.

A Memorial Service will be held at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, September 17, 2013 at Kohls Community Funeral Home, 405 W Main Street, Waupun with military honors provided by American Legion Post 210 Honor Guard.

Tony’s family will receive relatives and friends at the funeral home on Tuesday beginning at 9 a.m. until the hour of service.

Tony was born November 29, 1960 in Lawrenceburg Tennessee, the son of Eva and Simon Dines. His family moved to Wisconsin in 1965 and he attended the Brandon/Rosendale schools, graduating from Laconia High School in 1980. After high school Tony enlisted in the United States Navy. Following an honorable discharge in 1986 Tony lived and worked in the Waupun area.

Tony is survived by his mother, Eva Smith of Waupun; three brothers Randall Dines of McMinnville TN, Richard Dines (Pam Krause) of Van Dyne, Robert (Jesse) Smith of Ripon; two sisters Victoria (Dennis) Schmitt of Waupun, Jessie (Dana) Sharp of Ripon; nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his father Simon Dines.
