Harmon Charles Kaufman

Harmon “Chuck” Kaufman, age 71 of Beaver Dam, went to his heavenly home on June 21, 2013.

Chuck was born on August 28, 1941 in Fond du Lac, WI, a son of Samuel J. and Margurite (Carlson) Kaufman. He attended St. Joseph’s Catholic School in Waupun through eighth grade. In 1982, Chuck moved to the Charlton House in Beaver Dam, where he has been a beloved, happy family member who will be remembered for his ever present smile. Chuck was employed at Green Valley for forty years. He was proud to work part time at Recheks Food Pride. Chuck enjoyed listening to the radio and was a frequent trivia winner on the “Barn Show”. As a trivia fanatic, watching Jeopardy was fun for him as he knew most of the answers.
He also enjoyed playing cards. Chuck was a sweet, happy man whose presence will be missed.

Chuck is survived by three siblings: Jon and his wife Jayne Kaufman, Waupun, Mary Ann Dunn, Eau Claire, and Mark A. Kaufman, Madison, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents, and a brother-in-law, Tom Dunn.
