Jaymee Lynn Vossekuil, age 56 of Middleton, formerly of Waupun, died on Sunday, December 2, 2012 at her home.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Friday, December 7 at Kohls Community Funeral Home, 405 W. Main Street, Waupun with Rev. Michael Stock officiating. Burial will follow at Burnett Union Cemetery.

Jaymee’s family will receive relatives and friends at the funeral home on Friday from noon until the time of service.
