Thomas Presley Jones

Thomas Preasley Jones, age 64 of Waupun, died on July 24, 2012 at the Christian Home and Rehabilitation Center.

Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, July 30, 2012 at Kohls Community Funeral Home, 405 West Main Street, Waupun with Rev. Robert Love officiating. The American Legion Post 210 Honor Guard will provide military honors.

Visitation will be on Monday at the funeral home beginning at 10 a.m. until the time of service.

Thomas was born on March 11, 1948 in Alexandria, Virginia, a son of Thomas and Margaret (Mackey) Jones. He served with the United States Army Reserves between 1968 and 1974. Thomas worked as an electrician at the Virginia International Airport where he was injured in an industrial airport. He relocated to Waupun and most recently worked at Kraft Foods in Beaver Dam. On December 23, 2004, he married Thelma Huffman, and they enjoyed traveling and going for Harley Rides. Thomas attended Waupun Baptist Church while living in Wisconsin.

Thomas is survived by his wife, Thelma; three children, one brother, one sister, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents, a brother, and a sister.
