Tammy Marie Wollert Eisenman, age 42, went peacefully to be with her Lord on Sunday, February 19, 2012 at Golden Living Center– Continental Manor in Randolph.

Tammy’s family will receive relatives and friends on Wednesday, February 22, 2012 from 4 – 7 PM at Kohls Community Funeral Home, 405 W. Main Street, Waupun.

A private family service will be held, followed by burial in Cattaraugus Cemetery.

Tammy was born on April 10, 1969 in Waupun, the daughter of Kenneth and Linda (Armga) Wollert. She graduated from Waupun High School. Tammy had a bubbly, outgoing personality and loved people. She faithfully remembered all of her family, friends, and many other individuals with cards on their birthdays. Tammy lived in Fond du Lacfor many years and developed special friendships during her time there. For the last several years, she has resided at the Continental Manor where her caregivers became loving friends. She was especially grateful for the loving care of Joannie Samplaski, and cherished her visits. With her generous, tender nature came an affection for animals. Her favorite pastime was spending time playing cards and games with family members and friends.

Tammy is survived by her mother, Linda and step-father Daniel Lang, her brother, Erik Wollert and his son Ty, her special, loving friend Kris Nelson, all of Fox Lake, her grandmother Millie Armga, two step-sisters; Katherine and Kelly Lang, a step-brother, Marcus Lang, all of Waupun, an uncle, Randy (Barb) Armga, an aunt, Cheri Baker, cousins; Ashley (Brian) Bade, Adam (Katie) Vande Slunt, Alex, Austin and Avery Armga, other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her grandfather, Lester Armga.

A memorial fund has been established in Tammy’s name.

Kohls Community Funeral Home, Waupun is serving the family.
