Anita was born on November 1, 1929 in Ripon, a daughter of Walter and Mabel (Garczynski) Trampf. She graduated from Ripon High School and was employed with Ripon Knitting Works. On January 4, 1958, Anita married Orville Schulz at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church in Waupun. She was a loving wife and devoted mother to her sons. Anita worked for the Waupun Utilities for over twenty years. She enjoyed her time volunteering at Waupun Memorial Hospital. Anita and Orville were avid golfers and spent many hours together at the Rock River Country Club in Waupun. They also traveled on many golfing vacations to Door County with several close friends. She was a member of St. Joseph’s Catholic Church, where she enjoyed fellowship in the ceramic craft classes. Anita relocated to Greenville six years ago to be near family, and enjoyed that area and her many friends at Living Tree Estates.

Anita is survived by two sons; Jeff (Nora) Schulz, Appleton, Allen (Jane) Schulz, North Carolina, five granddaughters; Leah Schulz and her husband Vincent “VJ” Polkus, Minneapolis; Amanda Schulz, Champaign, IL; Emily Schulz, Stevens Point; Rachel Schulz and Haley Schulz, both of Clemmons, NC, and a step-grandson, Connor Holzwart. She is further survived by her brother, Gordon (Marie) Trampf, Ripon; a sister-in-law, Muriel Trampf, Madison; a brother-in-law, Melvin Tielens, Beaver Dam; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her husband in 1994, and a brother James.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday, September 23, 2011 at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church, 118 West Main St. Waupun, with Rev. Michael Wild officiating. Burial will follow in Forest Mound Cemetery.

Anita’s family will receive relatives and friends on Friday at the church from 9:30 a.m. until the hour of service.

A Memorial fund has been established in Anita’s name.

Anita’s family would like to express their thanks and gratitude for the wonderful care that was provided by the staff of Living Tree Estates Assisted Living and Southern Care Hospice.
