Ione Patterson

Ione Patterson, age 66 of Waukesha, died on September 26, 2011at her residence.

Ione was born on January 6, 1945 in Beaver Dam, the only child of Walter and Pyrl (Thomas) Skotarzak. She graduated from Randolph High School. After attending technical school in Chicago, Ione worked for the Waukesha Medical Examiner’s office for thirty-eight years. She was known as a private person who kept to herself. Ione was an honest loyal friend to co-workers, and they enjoyed her sense of humor. She had a passion for history and loved to travel.

Ione is survived by six cousins; her close friends; Andrea Sorce and Paul and Colleen Konicek; and many acquaintances, other friends, and co-workers.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

A graveside service will be held at 11:00 a.m.on Saturday, October 1, 2011 at Randolph Cemetery on Cty. Hwy P in Randolph Township, Columbia County. Pastor Linda Heisler will officiate.
