Ronald William Rosol

Ronald William Rosol, age 76 of Waupun, died on Saturday, October 23, 2010 at the Christian Home in Waupun.

Ronald was born on September 16, 1934 in Hillsboro, WI, a son to Robert and Julia (Mislivecek) Rosol. Following his graduation from Hillsboro High School, he was called to serve his country with the U.S. Army National Guard in 1962. Ronald was stationed at Fort Lewis in Washington during the Berlin Crisis. On June 4, 1960, Ronald was united in marriage to Lucille Boeder. Ronald was employed with the M & M McBride Foundry in Waupun. Ronald married Margaret Skinner on June 5, 2010, at the Christian Home in Waupun where they both resided. He was a member of the American Legion Post 210 of Waupun. In his spare time, Ronald enjoyed fishing.

Ronald is survived by his wife Margaret; two sisters, Delores Lounsbury, Redwing, MN, Judy (Smokey) Wildeman of Buffalo, Wyoming; a brother, Robert (Cyndi) Rosol, Blackcreek, WI; and numerous nieces and nephews and great-nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents; his first wife Lucille in January of 1989; his brother Joseph Rosol; a sister-in-law, Dorothy Rosol, and a nephew, Lionel Rosol.

Funeral services will be held at 1:30 p.m. on Tuesday, October 26, 2010 in the Chapel of the Christian Home, 331 Bly Street, Waupun, with Chaplain Wick Hubers officiating. Burial will follow in Cattaraugus Cemetery with military honors provided by American Legion Post 210.

Ronald’s family will receive relatives and friends in the chapel from 12:00 noon until the hour of service.
