Shallen Carlene Manske

Shallen Carlene Manske, age 25 of Juneau, died unexpectedly on Saturday, December 19, 2009 at her home.

Shallen was born on August 20, 1984 in Waupun, a daughter of the late Allen Manske and Ruthann Anderson. Shallen was a spirited, fun, easy going light hearted woman and truly enjoyed time with her family and friends. She had an incredible love for animals. She loved her son Preston Jameson Manske, who was born June 26, 2009.

Shallen will deeply be missed by her son Preston; Preston’s father, John Hammen, of Beaver Dam; Sister Cindy Mitchell (Todd Schoenwetter) of Waupun; Brother Jeff (Stacey) Manske of Waupun; Sister Shaarlynn (Tom) Neeman of Waupun; and her mother, Ruthann (Dave) Anderson of Iron Ridge. She is also survived by ten nephews and nieces, Austin, Aaron, Alexx Mitchell; Ajay Stortz; Beau, Jed, and Sadie Manske; Hope Smithson; Malachi and Makayla Neeman; her favorite dog, Wes; and her cat, Dotters.

She was preceded in death by her father, Allen Manske; grandfather, Ron Manske; grandmother, Fran Manske; and grandfather, Arthur Grams.

Funeral Services will be held at 6:00 p.m. on Monday, December 28, 2009, at Kohls Community Funeral Home, 405 W. Main Street, Waupun, with Pastor Curt Zeise officiating.

Shallen’s family will receive relatives and friends on Monday, December 28 from 4:00 p.m. until the 6:00 hour of service.
