Robin Kay Siedschlag

Robin Kay Siedschlag, formerly of Waupun, WI, passed away suddenly from a severe infection on Wednesday, Oct.14, 2009, at the Montrose M. Hospital, Montrose, CO.

Robin was born on May 6, 1954 at Fort Riley Kansas to Bernhard & Phyllis Schepp. At age 3 her dad died; and her mother later remarried David L. Williams of Waupun. Robin grew up in Waupun, graduating from Waupun High School with the Class of 1972. She married the love of her life, Dick Siedschlag in Waupun. They moved to Pembine, WI to attend Bible College and served as missionaries for a short while. She was a member of Faith Baptist Church of Pembine. Robin and Dick later relocated to Ridgway, CO. They have greatly enjoyed 37+ years of marriage with the blessings of four children and thirteen grandchildren. There is/was no one like Robin; she always went out of her way to make you feel important to her. She sacrificed her own comfort and pleasures to make your life blessed and better. The world needs more like her. She enjoyed homemaking, giving, helping, sewing, crocheting, and sports of all kinds.

Survivors include Dick, her only true love; her son, Shannon (Deb) Siedschlag, Montrose, CO; her daughters, Tanya (Rich) Blocksom, Neenah; Amanda (Rob) Edmondson, Jackson, WY; and Heather (Adam) Brandt, Boston, MA; Seven grandsons and six granddaughters who were her greateast joy. She is further survived by her parents, David & Phyllis Williams, Waupun, WI; two brothers, Scott Schepp, Bay City, MI; and Dana (Linda) Williams, Fond du Lac, WI; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

A Memorial Service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, October 20, 2009 at Trinity Baptist Church, 400 East Johnson Street, Fond du Lac WI. The family will receive relatives and friends on Monday, October 19, 2009 at the church from 5 – 8 p.m. and on Tuesday from noon until the hour of service. Her stay on earth was too short!
