Brian Matthew Huber, 21, of Waupun, died unexpectedly Tuesday, July 7, 2009 at St. Agnes Hospital in Fond du Lac.
Brian was born December 22, 1987 in Milwaukee the son of David and Colleen (Bauer) Huber. Brian was a 2006 graduate of Waupun High School. He was an avid reader of books and writing short stories. He enjoyed listening to music, playing video games and watching movies. Brian collected midevil artifacts, wolf statues and wolf collector plates. He loved animals and had many beloved cats and dogs. Brian also grew up with Llamas, horses, burrows and goats. But most of all, Brian had a giving heart and was always willing to help people.
Brian will be deeply missed by his parents, David and Colleen Huber, Waupun; his brother, Daniel Picago, Milwaukee; his aunts and uncles, Wayne (Diane) Bauer, Hartland; Gregory (Lois) Bauer, West Bend; Alexander (Carol) Bauer, Hartford; Lisa (Morrie) Wirth, Beaver Dam; Steven (Janet) Huber, Rhinelander; and the Gustave Georg, Jr. family, Waukesha; Howard (Sharlene) TeBeest family, Waupun; and his best friend, James Schumacher, Waupun; and Brian will be missed by other friends and acquaintances as well.
Brian was preceded in death by his grandmother, Nancy M. Bauer, and his grandfather, Gustave Georg, Jr.
A service to celebrate the life of Brian will be held 6:00 p.m. Friday, July 10, 2009 at Kohls Community Funeral Home, 405 W. Main Street, Waupun, with the Rev. Jerry Virnig, of the Faith Community Church of Beaver Dam, officiating. Brian will be interred at a later date. Brian’s family will receive relatives and friends on Friday at the funeral home from 4-6 p.m.
A memorial fund is being established in Brian’s name.
Kohls Community Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.
